When I left Vietnam for high school, it was the first time I saw my dad crying. 

 

It struck me. For the first time in my life, I realized I understood nothing about the man I shared my DNA with. Through his eyes, I found myself curious about people's inside world.

So I started college with a major in Psychology. To learn about people in my circle. Then others at the societal level. 

 

To my surprise, I learned that medication is not the only way to heal. Sometimes recovery starts with changing a perspective and through communication, so I started my second degree in Advertising.

 

In the alchemical crucible of my Psychology and Advertising background, a unique concoction emerged—a profound understanding of the human psyche intertwined with the artistry of persuasion. This fusion gave birth to my UX journey, where I craft immersive experiences that resonate with the soul, orchestrating a symphony of empathy, insight, and delight.
